WHAT IS THE PROCESS TIME?

Processing times can vary depending on the design.

Orders are processed within 7-14 business days.

Rush orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Shipping is typically 3-5 business days. 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Shipping is only within the USA.

HOW DO I FIND MY NAIL SIZE?

You can review our sizing guide for detailed measurements of the nail shapes we offer.

For the most accurate fit, a sizing kit is included with your first order. The sizing kit will be mailed to you before your nail set is prepared. The kit will include numbered blank nail tips in your desired shape & length. 

When you receive your kit, try on the tips with bare natural nails ensuring the nail fits sidewall to sidewall. If there are any gaps, you may need to size up. If you are in between sizes, please size up.

If your nail sizes do not match the size chart on the back of the card, you need to order a custom size.

WHAT COMES WITH MY ORDER?

Your order includes your desired nail set (10 nails), application kit (nail file, buffer, alcohol pads, cuticle pusher, nail glue, adhesive tabs), nail prep & removal instructions.

 

CAN I GET A REFUND OR RETURN MY ORDER?

Unfortunately due to the handmade process, there are no refunds or remakes on sets.
